Mindfulness and Success

Lord_BuddhaI was listening to an Audiobook on Mindfulness and Brain this morning and felt the power of mindfulness, which I wanted to share with you, my dear reader.

Mindfulness is the state when you’re fully aware of yourself. There are many techniques which you could use to develop mindfulness. The one I found best for me is, Anapanasati Bhavana (breathing meditation). You simply sit or lay down on your bed, close your eyes, and only focus on your breathing. If your mind think about any other things, just refocus on your breathing. Breathe slowly in and slowly out. Within minutes, you’ll experience mindfulness. Try!
